I’m looking for a respectful traveler to sublet my cherished room + spacious, super-central apartment — you’ll be sharing the space with my partner and dog, for flexible stays of a few weeks to ~3 months.

It’s a 5th floor walkup, 1 min from Beşiktaş Square, 2 min to public transit and 7 min to ferry.

Availability is starting now until mid May, with pending availability in summer and fall. Rent is 900 USD/month or 225/week, all utilities inclusive.

THE APARTMENT

• your bedroom has a view of the Bosphorus, drenched in afternoon sunlight, shelves filled with hanging plants, and is ideally set up as a work-live space. there is a full-sized bed, and a long wooden desk. you’re welcome to rearrange it how you see fit.
• living room is huge and spacious, with comfy couch, a 65” flat screen TV, reading chair, a massive wooden table for working/eating.
• kitchen is small, but well-stocked, with everything you need.
• shared bathroom across from your bedroom
• there is an in-unit washer, dishwasher, wifi, and a robot vacuum.
• the apartment is on the 5th floor of a classic, old building - no elevator — staircase only. you’ll stay in great shape.
