- your present life circumstances & conditions
- the nucleus of your essential self
- Insulation — what helps you create spaciousness from the external world? what guides or redirects your attention?
- ex. music, breath work, reading
- Metabolizing — how do you move energy through your system — and release it?
- explore a minimalist, 2 part practice, containing~
- motion + stillness
- body + emotional/heart/spirit
- Absorbing — what’s one thing your membrane wants to absorb?
- nutrition or inspiration for your membrane
CREATIVE PROJECT/PRACTICE
- Arriving — bring a specific practice or project to mind. how does it feel in your body right now?
- Sensing — what does this project need from you right now? where do you feel momentum, inspiration, or a tug? where do you feel resistance or tightness?
- Asking — ask the project:
- what do you want to become?
- what is your next life stage?
- what would feel nourishing right now?
- what are you ready to release or let go of?
- Shaping — where are you in the process of giving shape to it? notice the difference between shaping from the mind versus shaping from organic emergence.
- Waiting/Incubation — what is being slowly revealed to you? what signals are you receiving? how can you let time do its work?
